Приказ о порядке коррекции пола в Украине
В 1996 вышел приказ Министерства здравоохранения Украины, определивший порядок коррекции пола для транссексуалов в Украине. Согласно ему, всякий, кто желает привести своё тело в соответствие с самоощущением, должен пройти обследование и получить разрешение комиссии на операцию, и лишь после операции он может сменить документы в соответствии со скорректированным полом. Однако условия, определяющие, кому можно и кому нельзя давать разрешение, были поистине драконовскими. В частности, некоторые пункты недвусмысленно могли подтолкнуть пациента-транссексуала к попытке суицида.
В 2008 году старая комиссия фактически прекратила работу, а Минздравом был подготовлен проект нового приказа, определяющего новую комиссию и новые порядки. Такие ли уж они новые? Кое-что, несомненно, изменилось, но слишком многое осталось как было.
С текстом проекта приказа можно ознакомиться здесь. Сейчас он проходит стадию общественного обсуждения. Это значит, что многие его пункты всё ещё можно изменить. Проект положения про транскомиссию
Захотелось мне узнать , что думают про этот вопрос депутаты, в ВСУ
, в комитете по охороне здоро"я и послала им письмо частично привожу его ниже. Черненко Виталий Григорьевич - секретарь комиссии ВСУ по медицине. ТЕл 285 22 70. И если есть предложения по изменению проекта про транскомисси, то повсей видимости надо обращаться к нему, как в инстанцию вышестоящую над МОЗУ.

Впечатление просто ужасное. Такое можно написать только в тоталитарном государстве. Мало того, что комиссия реально не работает уже два года, так они ещё в проекте положения предусматривают принудиткельное стационарное психиатрическое обследование. пРИВОЖУ НИЖЕ ОДИН ИЗ ДОКУМЕНТОВ, предложенных к рассмотрению трансгендерному обществк Киева.
